To say Spurs bottled it would imply they were good enough or better but just didnt have the nerve.

 

The simple reality is that Spurs arent good enough to win anything and never have been over the past 10 years. Chelsea were better than the 1 goal lead suggests over 90 and were better in the shoot out. Simple as that.
