Very well said. Such an admirable man with many great qualities. My thoughts also go to others who may have lost their lives in this accident also. Our club needs to stick together and just as importantly our fans too!

Waking up this morning wishing it was all a bad dream finding out it’s reality sick to my stomach!

Thoughts and prayers to everyone involved in this awful accident !

Leicester City have cancelled Sunday's training session and will seek to postpone Tuesday's Carabao Cup tie against Southampton following the helicopter crash outside the King Power Stadium on Saturday night.

The helicopter belonging to owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha crashed in a car park shortly after taking off from the centre circle. It is believed he was on board, but a statement on any of the occupants have yet to be made.

Leicester players were due to take part in a light training session on Sunday after their 1-1 Premier League draw with West Ham, but have been told to stay at home.

Liverpool fans get unwarranted stick at times. They are the only opposition fans who I've seen clap us off after we've got results there.

 

Nice touch from all fans of all clubs. This is about football as a community.

Cheltenham Town fan here. Your title winning season won the hearts of fans all over the country. Thoughts with those involved in the crash and their families, along with everyone connected with the club. The football world has a soft spot for your club so you won’t be short of support. Thoughts with you all today.

Let's all gather around the King power today to show the world what the owner meant to us, without him no one was interested in buying us cos of our huge debt, good people in life die early, that's what I've learnt in life with my immediate relatives.

Still in disbelief after such a tragic incident.

 

My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of those involved.

Hi guys, Manchester United fan here. I’m not 100% sure what to say, what can you say but wanted to post something. We’re all thinking about you today and I’d like to send my best wishes to everyone associated with the football club, the city of Leicester and all those who’ve been impacted by last night’s tragedy. It’s strange how powerless you feel when things like this happen and how it puts everything into perspective. I wish there was more I could do or say, I’m sure people all over the planet are feeling the same way today but yeah, we’re all with you.

If the worst news is revealed could we please post pictures of the shirts, flowers and reefs that have been laid. I live in London but am seeing a friend from Nuneaton tomorrow so will ask her to take a shirt and some flowers over to the ground for me. I can’t get to Leicester this week but want to say thank you and good bye as best I can. 

 

I would just like to see how many fans show their love as it’ll give me some light in this dark dark episode.

Well guys. For some reason I am more emotional about it all this morning than I was last night. Was it the shock last night? The lack of sleep this morning? The fact I feel so terribly alone and isolated over here in North Carolina.. it’s times like this I feel very very alone and homesick.  

 

Id love to be there.. walk amongst the people outside the stadium.. but I can’t be.
