BigWesMorgan Posted 22 January 2019 Posted 22 January 2019 It was reported that one of the owners sacked him then the other convinced him to let Pearson stay
Tuna Posted 22 January 2019 Posted 22 January 2019 Vichai sacked him, Top reinstated him. I think that's how it was reported.

I don't know why but I always thought Top sacked him and Vichai said no... Top's "punishment" was a year as a monk
AlloverthefloorYesNdidi Posted 22 January 2019 Posted 22 January 2019 Thought I read that Vichai sacked him and Top persuaded Vichai to reinstate
Vlad the Fox Posted 22 January 2019 Posted 22 January 2019 I’d heard from someone who works at the KP that he wasn’t sacked, reporters overheard Vichai (I think) having a bit of a rant after the defeat saying words to the effect that he’s going, however he calmed down and it was just a rant. The reporter ran with the story catching them cold has they hadn’t got a clue where the story had come from when it exploded into the media.

brucey Posted 22 January 2019 Posted 22 January 2019 It was definitely reported in one of the articles post helicopter incident than Top was the one who reinstated him.

Stevosevic Posted 22 January 2019 Posted 22 January 2019 Vichai sacked. Top persuaded him to change his mind.

fazzyfox Posted 22 January 2019 Posted 22 January 2019 The Monks sacked him, Pearson re-instated himself but was later sacked anyway and is now a Belgian Monk? Come again?
