Yeah, but Evans had a howler there and is the main culprit. The pitch is atrocious for defenders though. No grip whatsoever and the ball's trajectory on the ground is very difficult read.

Because he was fouled enough to stop him getting the ball but not enough to send him down.... going down gives a much better chance of the foul correctly being given. He stays on his feet and stumbles and theres no chance the ref gives a penalty
