Ndidi was absolutely fantastic today.. bossed it. Sick of seeing so much negativity around him when he is one of the most promising players we've had in my lifetime. Hamza should start over Mendy - thought he was our only player who had a poor game.

Imagine if Madison hadn't pussied out of the header, or Gray had squared it instead of making the wrong decision as per usual.

Absolute glorious watching the Liverpool fans meltdown

Bollocks. He played well aside from opening goal.

Yes!!! Great result. Brilliant performance. Well done lads.

For some reason my heart was beating faster than normal all second half, I was quite nervous about getting a result here for some reason, haven't had that before this season.

My Dad has asked me who the ginger was behind puel.. i didnt see him. Anyone know?!

Great match to watch.  Pleasure to watch us when we are switched on and committed.

Some things became even more obvious.   Hamza and Thielemans in, Mendy out.   Maguire and Evans the CB pair from here.  Harry is twice the player alongside Evans compared to Wes.

Decent defensive display. Maguire and Chilwell outstanding.

Still fail to see what Mendy gives to the team.

If you look at the replay the scouse defender read the move very well and moved so that Gray was not able to cross.

I'd have taken that before the game. 67 million for Allison? Liverpool were robbed.

His positioning in the box cut out most of our breaks

Another game where we start very slowly and then have to chase the game. I don’t know what the issue is but if we can get the chasing from the start without the handicap then we’ll be some team.

When the handbrake is off we do play some very good attacking football, we proved today that we can create plenty of chances when committing bodies forwards and pressing the opposition. Puel has to see this is the way forward because it works.

Was slightly disappointed Puel used the subs to take the sting out of the game and deprive us of an outball and basically invite Liverpool to attack us for nearly 20 minutes, we were well in the game and still causing them problems at that point but I guess the need for a result of some sort made him want to conserve what we had. It could have easily backfired if Liverpool were on job.

All in all a great point and something to build on. Just shift Maddison back to number 10 from the start and bring Barnes in and Puel might be onto something when/if Tielemans signs.

If only Gray had a brain and used it ....

Talking about that shot instead of cross to Madderz?

He was blocked off well from the cross. Commentator on my stream mentioned it. Robertson gave him little choice

Personally thought Maddison had a nerve screaming about it after that header first half

BT's bias is disgusting - "ooh should that have been a pen to Liverpool?" NO. REF SAID NO, YOUR OWN REFEREEING EXPERT SAID NO.

Here's an alternative angle - Liverpool lucky to escape with draw after Maddison misses point blank header and Allison pulls off lucky save to prevent own goal. Won't get that on BT Sport though - the official channel for all things Liverpool and Tottenham, plus some other Premier League teams maybe. With their balanced set off pundits, like Mcmanaman, Owen, Jenas, Hoddle, The Liver Bird mascot, Steven Gerrard, Steven Gerrard's Mum, and a selection of never ending close ups of Liverpools fans COS IT COULD BE OUR YEAR, CALM DOWN CALM DOWN.
