We pretty much relegated them when Vardy scored that tap in after Taylor missed the peno, another win on Saturday to put them in trouble would be nice. God awful team.

I'm still annoyed by that basketball goal by Vokes a few seasons ago. Ran away and celebrated like a twat even though he knew, and most of the fans behind that goal knew, that he'd cheated. Twat :@

Can’t bring myself to dislike Burnley and whilst I  naturally hope we win would prefer to see Southampton ( even more than Cardiff)  down

Burnley were a credit following the loss of Vichai

As an aside: many, many moons ago, I recall us playing Burnley home and away in the space of a day or two!

Perhaps our older posters can confirm? It would have been in the early 60s I guess.

Yes, late 60s I seem to remember. I think we played back to back games against West Ham in the same season - possibly over Christmas and the Burnley games over Easter.

They were the days, no flying to matches, not even luxury coach travel.

I bet some players caught the train, perhaps even pushbiked it!!

There you are!!  Not premier league..but Old first division..

He is about smelly of a rotting smell and as about as mobile as Morgan on a good day

Wes has stiffened up a bit, but probably not as much as the cat, tbf.lol

Seriously though, my condolences, I hope it had a good innings.

Our last 2 games at Turfmoor have been god awful but we were in a horrendous run of form going into both.

The fire and brimstone victory of 2015 was a very significant win. It's not as remembered as West Ham and Brom but we went unbeaten away up until Boxing day. The missed penalty is one of those Sliding Doors moments for the club (And the best possible result).

This in many ways is Rogers and the squad's first major test. A physical team who will try and frustrate us. Defend for their lives and then hit us on the counter. We struggled to cope against Palace but this is one of the days we have to stand up to the challenge. Will be as tough as Chelsea or Arsenal later on in the year.

Bring it on.

It’s FT - you know the rules! One missed letter, never mind a whole word, and you will be hounded like a dog until

you beg for mercy ?

I think he has been poor for a while now, might need a break as he's pretty much played every game for us.

Next 5 matches are very winnable games, could be a good end to the season yet.

so we aren't picking up many points then
