Burnley (A).. Next up.

I'd take a draw.  They need it more than we do and we're still letting silly goals in.  I'll be happy with a gradual improvement through the remaining matches of this season and the results should take care of themselves.

Let's see another couple of plan A goals, please:

Wilf Ndidi wins it back, passes short to Maddison.

Maddison plays a neat through ball, dissecting the defence, into the path of the charging Vardy.

Vardy does what he's done 101 times already.

Or Harvey Barnes to finally slot one.

Or Okazaki to break his duck.

Or Hamza to come on instead of Mendy.

Wanna see us approach these games with a bit of attacking freedom. We're not good enough defensively to keep games tight. Play on the front foot and give teams something to worry about

This is a should win game.

They are poor this year, we have a new manager bounce. Put a nail in the Dyche coffin.

well im going to this one and i must be a lucky omen - been to seven games this season and seen us beat wolves southampton huudersfield newcastle everton and fulham with a draw at liverpool - i'll take a cheeky 2--0 away win.

If the justification for three CB's at Watford was the fact they play two CF's and because of their physicality then surely Burnley falls under the same criteria. I'm not saying I want that it but if we stay with a back four then that goes against what Rodgers said for Watford.

They will be fighting for their lives now and I can see it being very physical but we should hope the pressure goes against them, the longer it stays 0-0 the more irritable their fans will get and if we can stay the calmer of the two teams but still maintain a high intensity we could benefit.

I assume given Brendan said he played 3-5-1-1 against Watford because of their two strikers that we will do the same again?

Then we will lose. Bring a defensive midfielder, but not a third centre back

I’m back to positive thinking when it comes to LCFC and can’t see past a good away win

Burnley are fighting to stay out of mess that’s forming around the last relegation spot. We’re going to need to scrap.

A draw would be a more than fair result, but we really ought to win this.

Do worry about us a bit in games like this. Think we're a bit like Arsenal were under Wenger in that you can bully us out of games a bit too easily. Fulham haven't got it in them to do that but these do.

I think a 1-1 draw.

0-3.

We'll start fast and score early, they'll then tighten up for a good while only before two others come in the second half.
