On the first day of the season as well. Should have battered them, they're crap. You were lucky to get away with a point. 4

Although I'm not sure where you think the luck was, you barely got near our box (or even out of your half) except for a few counters where Jota blasted the ball at the corner flag. I haven't seen anyone park the bus that embarrassingly since Rafa Benitez. It was cringe worthy. Edited 22 September 2019 by Finnegan

Liverpool and Man City deserve respect. Man Utd and Spurs dont. Isn't it a little worrying that a highly paid manager didn't see this and most of us fans did? Even at Chelsea the only reason we got back into it is the leash was let off in the second half so to speak.
Countryfox Posted 22 September 2019 Posted 22 September 2019 C’mon you ammers ! ... pretty sure yanited will finish above them so an ammers win is defo best for us ..

st albans fox Posted 22 September 2019 Posted 22 September 2019 As with all games with teams who we are competing against, a draw is the best outcome ...ffs arry!
Shane Posted 22 September 2019 Posted 22 September 2019 Neville makes a good point about these corners to the back post for Maguire. It hardly ever resulted in a goal for us and its the same at United.

Well we are third, and dare I say it but more brilliance like against spurs, top 4 isn’t out the question. Just got to keep that consistency, and play with that fluency we all know we can.
ARM1968 Posted 22 September 2019 Posted 22 September 2019 Tbf we’ve probably dropped 5 relatively easy points so far. Annoying. Attack Utd and we would have won easy. 1

foxfanazer Posted 22 September 2019 Posted 22 September 2019 What a great weekend of football. Villa beating Arsenal would top it off nicely

SouthStandUpperTier Posted 22 September 2019 Posted 22 September 2019 We should demand the Premier League gives us the 3 points for the United game because we clearly would've won if only we'd scored more goals than them. 1
