He was pretty poor in the promotion season which is strange because the general consensus around here is that he'd rip it up in the second tier. There was a time about four years ago when he had the purple patch of all purple patches, scoring every week for fun and was the reason we got within a sniff of the Champions League as Vardy couldn't hit a barn door at the time.

He is technically good and a clinical finisher. At his best, he can definitely do a job in the Premier League and should be great in the Championship.

You know when you’ve got young kids and they piss you off all day, and won’t do anything they’re told and just about as you’re ready to lose your shit with them, they do something adorable and make sure you do still love them - only to start doing the annoying crap again first thing next day - that’s Iheanacho

If he plays as part of a front 2 you're golden. He goes from the ridiculous to the sublime. If he's in any sort of form though, if he gets the ball within 30 yards of goal he'll often either find a key pass or a good shot on goal.

 

If he plays as a lone striker then you'll hate him
