We'll get there. Chill the **** out.

It's not been a dream start to the season but we look strong. We'll get better.

We've not lost a game yet and already I'm seeing posts saying that Rodgers may not be here long, it is the same as Puel.

Lots of talk in the summer about how great this was going to be, slightly different when the matches start. We are still a way from the top six.

Not yet.

But at the moment, the only attacking player we have in form and playing is Maddison, and we are still just about doing enough to be where we want to be. When another of Vardy/Perez/Youri hit form, things will improve, and we’ll evolve again as the season progresses.

It’s not great fun football, but there are signs of progress, and if all the players are happy at the moment then we’ll definitely get there. Crucially from a results perspective, if we do go on a great run of form later, we won’t be ruing games we lost early on, because so far we haven’t lost any...

It's the lack of 'out of your seat' moments.  It often seems like a bit of a chess match.

This is the highest quality Leicester side I've ever known but I have seen much worse Leicester teams that were exciting to watch.

The league winning side was a better quality, but I agree that we could be more exciting given some of our players.

Well we might not be scoring enough but in 4 games nobody has scored more against us. Unbeaten in 4 into the next round of the cup and 4th in the league. Yes we are not firing properly and the spine of the club the star centre half, the England left back injured and your main holding midfielder out so a lot more positives than negatives. Things not quite gelling up front but things can soon change

This!

If we're not playing that well yet still unbeaten it's a relatively good thing no? Just imagine how it'll be when we eventually and properly click. It's such early days and Rodgers has shown far more in his tenure than Puel ever did in a much shorter time.

Yeah it may not be 90 mins of attractive or exciting football but there have been periods of play that have been really encouraging.

We've come up against 3 teams so far who have sat back and just camped in their own half making it difficult for us to score. Just like most sides would find it difficult. We're not gonna come up against sides like that all season though.

Exactly. Well said.

We've beaten Sheffield United and Newcastle, that's 2 wins.

Not within the 90 minutes. Happy we’re unbeaten so far after patchy attacking performances, but we don’t want to be the league’s draw specialists. It’s not like these draws are coming from missing a load of sitters, so we’ve got to find a way of creating more chances to score in each game.

Also, if you look at Rodgers at Liverpool at the start of 2013, it took them a bit of time to look really good going forward. If I remember rightly, at the start they were showing glimpses and getting results but it was until Jan that they really looked a hell of a force going forward.

People pressing the panic button already? We are sitting in Top 4 (I know, we are only three games in but stats don't lie) and we have progressed to the next round.

If we were in Watford's position and were knocked out tonight then I'd have reason for worry. Give the lads time, we have seen them at their scintillating best during that second half against Chelsea, so we know they are capable of such brilliance. May not be pretty but as long as we keep producing the goods, then who cares. It will only get better the more the players adapt to the system, because this is easily the best set of players I have seen at Leicester, probably ever. Chill out.

It wasn't said "within 90 mins", just that we'd only won 1.

We've been hard to beat and hard to create chances against.

In our 4 games, we've played 3 that have sat there for big periods of the game and they were difficult to break down. The game we played a team who were more open and attacking we should've had a few goals.

The chances and goals will come.

It's nice to see us control most games, very much in the man city style but our possession based game has made it harder for us to break teams down so we need to become more clinical and more instinctive in our finishing.

Man city must create a ridiculous number of chances per goal and we need to improve on their ratio as we dont have the same quality of players to do what they di.

Agree that first of all we need to be hard to beat  - it’s a results business and so far we’re one of only 4 teams who haven’t lost a game in the PL and we’re through to the next round of the only cup competition we’ve played in so far, so we’re doing just fine.

Going forward we need to get more shots on target - we’re creating opportunities but we’re not clinical enough. Once the players have got used to where each other will be on the pitch I think our attacks and decision making will speed up too. Hopefully this will improve in the coming weeks, and once it does we’ll thump someone.

I thought it was pretty clear the poster meant within 90 min given they stated we had won 1 in 4, but perhaps I was reading to much into the post..

We’ve never had trouble causing attacking sides a problem in the past few seasons. At the beginning of this season, however, we have trouble scoring, or even creating goal scoring chances, against teams that sit in against us, and this was also the case under puel.

I do share your optimism, though. Rodgers had us playing some great stuff at the end of last season. I’m sure we’ll see a better us against teams that sit in after the break.

We seem to have lost our way when it comes to goals, to much playing across the field when we cross the halfway line.

Once we get the ball wide why are we not putting it into the box

Which way is that? The 2015/16 way?

How do you mean? Are you suggesting that league position accurately represents team ability at every stage of the season?

The first thing Man City do is work very hard. The amount of running off the Ball they do is insane. Admittedly they also have top players which helps.

Whoever is on the Ball usually has at least two options to pass too. While someone else is making a run off the Ball to confuse defenders.

We still have a lot to learn and to do in this area of the game.

The lack of Goals is something I highlighted in the Summer now it's becoming a problem. We should sign someone on a loan from Europe this week.

I sincerely hope you're not referring to my post as I just was taking the p*ss because I didn't get an illegal  good stream to watch the game.

For me it's too early to say it for definite but I do think we're looking a bit sterile. We aren't entertaining to watch and I don't feel like a single one of our attack minded players are really flourishing.

I maintain the squad is imbalanced. No Iheanacho in the 18 tonight is bizarre even given his form at Leicester - is he injured?

Per game we've averaging 60% possession but only 1.7 shots on target this season. A lot of that, I think, is due to the lop sided nature of our team. We need more width and pace on the ball.
