Legend is to often banded around to much in football now days, but Kingy is a true LCFC Legend, that unfortunately for him has been outgrown by the clubs development.

Good Luck Kingy!!!!!

So how many clubs have I got to follow now?

Leicester

Watford

Huddersfield

OH Leuven

Some road sweepers in Bulgaria.

Anyone I've missed?

Maybe the ‘Models’ that Man C had flown over from Italy to ‘help the players celebrate’ their 6-1 win at Villa?

Well, Slimani and Silva ar at Monaco, Diabate at Amiens and Ghezzal at Fiorentina (i think that's right). But yes, a special mention  foe Andy King; I do hope he can return to the club in a coaching role (or a replacement for Birch when he stands down?)

Remember when he went to rangers being told he’d tear it up in that league...

I think this will end up similar. Best days are long gone

He was injured  and when he wasn't they gave him no game time.

Huesca, Shinji’s club fighting for promotion to the Primera Division in Spain.  Anyone not rooting for Shinji is a numbnut.

I wonder why

Stop trolling for goodness sake. Because they got him in to cover an injury of another player who then recovered faster then they were expecting. That is why.

Andy is a top professional who has always stepped up and done what we have asked of him. He scored some important goals in all of our promotion seasons, as well as playing an integral part in our great escape. He then stepped in and covered where required in the title winning season, again scoring some important goals to keep our momentum. He also stepped in and did incredibly well in our Champions League campaign.

He deserved better treatment after all that, Puel was awful to him. We owe him a much better respect.

Some people have such short memories.

Huddersfield are pretty bad. If King can't get a run of games in that team then i worry for his future at the top 2 divisions. Good luck to him.

The Huddersfield Town Tifosi don't seem to be that impressed with the move, after all the resent  history.  Good luck to him.

Who are they to be turning their nose up at a PL winner and CL Quarter Finalist lol

What do you get from chatting rubbish on the internet about someone who clearly loves our football club, out of interest?

If my employer paid me handsomely for hanging about being a good bloke I’d probably love them too. I just find all this fawning over him so weird. I also find his apparent lack of drive to actually go and forge a real career anywhere a bit odd. Loans here and there which amount to nothing for a player of his supposed ability

Not what I asked, the fact that he's on a contract that was agreed by both parties isn't really relevant to you. Why do you feel the need to bash our record goalscoring midfielder who's won it all with us?

Good luck to him, he still needs his testimonial, great servant to the club over the years

Agrees with all the good sentiments but the last thing he needs is a testimonial. He's fantastically wealthy and playing fiorentina or Freiburg or a Matt Elliot XI in front of 6000 nerds is an appalling way to bid farewell.

A video, a tasteful around the pitch walkaround last game of season, and the presentation of a carriage clock from Top is the nicest way to wave goodbye to a lad who started with us at absolute rock bottom under Nigel Worthington

This forum man.

Either someone absolutely slates him or someone calls him a legend.

No middle ground is there.

It’s absolutely pathetic to slate King and shows both a very short memory and huge lack of class. Hope he does well there and gets his career back on track.
