They need to be sure to overrule a decision and I can only imagine they messed up by looking at the wrong player. However, if VAR can't be sure then it's best they don't interfere. I think drawing the lines is rubbish and hard to get exact. 1

I get what you're saying but a) there's not a chance any of those (apart from Toney perhaps) move to Brighton and b) even if they did bid that much, it'd be far too low a bid for those players.
