Md9 Posted 18 October 2020 Share Posted 18 October 2020 Kane will no doubt get injured at some point and with the amount of games they will have a few more will as well once him and son are out of the team they won’t be as good going forward and are already dodgy at the back. 5 or 6 more games and they will start to slow down

oxtonfox Posted 18 October 2020 Share Posted 18 October 2020 Lesson Leicester should learn is to start well with pace and purpose! Spurs have done it today clearly as do many other teams and they can generally wrap things up after half an hour or so. We are the most lethargic team in the division at starting and we have been since the Puel days. One thing we need from Brendan is to do this and not to play back to Kasper all the time when there's nothing on.

CrispinLA in Texas Posted 18 October 2020 Share Posted 18 October 2020 If the uk government didn't gove Tottenham a £175 million bailout, Spurs would have been in real trouble and would have to have sold key players and not bought any in the transfer market. Col city fan Posted 18 October 2020 Share Posted 18 October 2020 Hate to say it but the Spuds could really push on this season. Even for the title Good squad of players
RumbleFox Posted 18 October 2020 Share Posted 18 October 2020 Kane is world class. Hate him, hate Spurs but it’s churlish to claim he’s anything but phenomenal. X
oxtonfox Posted 18 October 2020 Share Posted 18 October 2020 Sadly we've been bundled out of the Top 4 now by Spuds. Need to beat the Villans tonight to grab back initiative before Europa League begins. I think they will start to shut up shop soon, as they did at the end of the season vs Leicester when they were 3-0 up after 30 mins or so. They will want to rest a few players for their Europa League tie on Thursday. I can see them getting four but not much more today.

But this is the point... last year we lost in the cup over two games to villa and we lost to Bournemouth and Norwich and we drew a "must win" with Watford. In games we should cruise we have to set up to attack them. Edited 18 October 2020 by foxinsocks
