How do you know they are football fans though. It’s not hard to create an account on Twitter and claim you support a football club, then start being abusive to a footballer. The only thing that is certain is a football player has made a racist comment to another football player.

My point was more that it's not just players that are racist and it's more non-footballers (fans or not) that are being racist.

of course there are racist players .....just like there are gay players and psychotic players, depressed players and comedic players ....footballers are no different to the rest of society .......

Quite big news from Austria where Austria Vienna have been denied a license and are likely to drop down to the third division. Financial issues - probably largely stemming from a stadium rebuild which has no fans to put in it

Smalling and his family robbed at gun point. He seems like a decent guy in interviews. Aside from any monetary loss its not a nice thing to go through.
