Could have been worse, what we have on the bench gives me slight more optimism.

 

Kouyate stepped in at CB for Palace yesterday and played a blinder, hopefully Wilf does the same for us today.

 

CB and WG are the areas that most need strengthening, they are also the areas that are crucial today, if Ndidi, Perez and Barnes have a stinker, we’ll lose.

Centre back is concern obviously, but it's a decent team ahead of that. I'd have probably had Thomas in at wing back and have Justin in back 3 for a bit protection.

Only change to that bench would have been KDH instead of Choudhury for me. I like Hamza but Dewsbury-Hall has been very good in pre-season.
