Rishi's latest £2.5billion pledge takes our contribution to the Ukraine to £7.1 billion. According to government stats we currently have 35.9 million tax payers, meaning each and every single one of us has personally contributed just shy of £200 to Zelensky.

This is just one example of the government siphoning our money away from us into the hands of corrupt kleptocrats. How many countless other pointless, malevolent or ineffective initiatives are we paying for? What is the true monetary contribution  we are each forced to make every year to causes we would never support if given the choice?

When are we going to DEFUND THE STATE?

What's this thing with players having holes in the back of their socks?

For some players who have bigger calves, they found sprinting continuously in the tight fitting footy socks caused them to cramp up

Be more impressed with the fact that a cro-Magnon can formulate a post through the medium of smashing rocks together and screaming guttural sounds.

Second dates are much harder than first.

First the bar is low. if you are anything above a complete social inadequate, you can do OK. The second -  where expectations have grown - is where any stunning lack of charisma and limited knowledge on item outside of war, football and lockdown loophole stories become startlingly obvious

We shan't be meeting again

It's a load of rubbish, though, isn't it?

Never a problem until very recently. Easily remedied by wearing slightly bigger socks.

Let's call it what it is - a 'look at me I'm so high functioning and need very specific conditions.. I'm really unique.' from professional footballers.

It's attention seeking.

Just like snoods, gloves and short sleeves, taping up all of your legs, tights, and all the other stuff we've seen come and go.

Last 2 lines don't rhyme

To complicate things further, the medieval town of Scone (and its Palace) near Perth in Scotland is pronounced Scoon. So Scone rhymes with moon, and scone can rhyme with either moan or gone.

Clearly you've never visited South Yorkshire, Humberside or Southern Ireland!

Other people being completely wrong doesn't constitute a legitimate point of view.

In what is possibly a new procrastination record for me I just fitted the replacement parts to my freezer which have been in an increasingly disgusting, rotting cardboard box in the garden since they were delivered  well over a year ago.

Took about two minutes

With a massive hats off to @m9013 (who may now be under a different name) for the inspiration a while back.
