This is how you know you should NEVER buy or read the Leicester Mercury.

They gave Thomas a 5. The same rating as only one other player. Daka.

Those journalists don't know what they're doing. Local journalism is dead.

I liked him and Hutchinson kicking lumps out of each other all afternoon

He was not afraid to snap at Hutchinson all game. Kept him relatively quiet

Yeah seems to have built some aggression into his game which is helping his overall approach I'd say. Willing to get stuck in against his man. Noticed having an attacking winger in front of him like Monga or El Khannouss means he was more willing to play the ball forward.

One positive of the season is how this young man has come back from his loan spell and his dodgy time here and actually looks like hes one of the senior players.

Good on him, must have been tough but really hope he keeps progressing now.👍🏾👍🏾

Genuinely thought he was finished after I’d seen him for about the 15th time in the Stamford Arms in Groby over Xmas

Could damage your career all that pub time.

Someone’s clearly had a word. Played well again today.

It’s an exaggeration and I didn’t see him on the ale, just hanging out with mates. Anyway, it doesn’t seem to have done him much harm because he’s done great so far this year.

He's picked himself up and I have to say, I've been impressed. He seems to have the attitude that he wants to prove people wrong. Though today, he was looking to give them fouls, however he's showing a bit of grit.

I think he'll be okay in the championship, so fair play to him.

Deserves to be first choice left back next season.

Was worried it was a case of Jon Flanagan syndrome with Brendan somehow managing to get a full back playing out of their skin for him and then defaulting to Ryan Mcgivern upon his departure.

Looks like he's had a point to prove and thankfully the performances have gone a long way in doing so. Seem to remember Moyes being linked with him a while ago, wonder if that'll come back up.

Well done to him anyway, regardless of the relegation.
