What pace do they have up front? Fofana has struggled against that when he gets pulled out of position and if you pass him you're on your way. But struggling to think of anyone they have that can threaten that.

Rigga Posted 6 December 2020 Posted 6 December 2020 Fed up of hearing players are tired all the time.. They play football on carpets, are not allowed to be tackled any more. Teams have massive squads. Proper players used to play on bogs, twice a week and with squads of 15/16 players...with one sub allowed..

In the premier league every team is pushing their players to the absolute limits of what is humanly possible using science. Of course players are going to get tired and fatigued. They are being asked to run 5+ miles (conservatively) every three days. You try doing that if you want to understand the fatigue the players suffer.

Thought we were playing the bottom side in the league, with one point, not a cross between Bayern Munich and Barcelona

l444ry Posted 6 December 2020 Posted 6 December 2020 (edited) As long as Brendan's prepararation doesn't cause paralysis by analysis we should be ok. Needs to send them out with cold steel eyes and fire in their bellies. Not so sure he will. Edited 6 December 2020 by l444ry

You have almost said it yourself, players are as fit as they have ever been also.. totally understandable they get tired... not enough for the constant squad rotation though I wouldn’t mind getting 150k a week for getting tired every 3 days...
Guest TamworthFoxes Posted 6 December 2020 Posted 6 December 2020 Today feels like a bit of a cross roads for our season. Praying for a win. If not the melt down on here will be of epic proportions.
Vazman Posted 6 December 2020 Posted 6 December 2020 I am confident today, I wasn't until this morning but am predicting a great result 4 Nil to us, and lots of Happy Foxes on Foxestalk later!
Brainy Posted 6 December 2020 Posted 6 December 2020 Remember if you want to watch the build up to today's game, tune in at 2.10 as there is a more important game for them to talk about for an hour before 1

filbertway Posted 6 December 2020 Posted 6 December 2020 Makes perfect sense to play a rusty Perez rather than 2 exciting wingers. If Perez plays then I'm not sure why we bothered signing under. 1
