Genuine question - what do we need 14 pitches for?

Worked with the mum of one of the leading grounds men, she said (he said) there weren't enough pitches at Belvoir Drive for all the age groups that train there and the amount of matches played.

It's a seriously impressive facility, will be a game changer in terms of convincing players to sign for us, huge credit to our owners for making it happen.

We may mock the club continuously, but I do feel for Newcastle fans. They may be twats at times but imagine the pain of having a rich bastard ruin your club.

We hit the jackpot with our owners, we may not be so lucky in the future and could end up like a Newcastle.

The building includes all facilities for the Club’s professional men’s teams, football operations, offices, private accommodation, restaurant and First Team recreation. Its balconies overlook the First Team training pitches.

I did see once the grounds man saying that as the weather changes different types of pitch can be used to help avoid joint injuries etc

Not sure who sings this version.

This version is by Fort Nowhere. Furlough allowed me some time of Spotify today to find it! Beautiful track.

Too true. We really don't know how lucky we are. All this talk of Brendan potentially being tempted by Arsenal in the near future but he's going to feel like a king leading his first training session there. I do hope the buzz carries through to Boxing Day and we give Man Utd a proper pasting.

Area around the pitch doesn’t look fully finished/cleaned up, probably why it’s not been shown so much.

Press release says LCFC Women are playing there, if that’s true the total capacity will need upping to around 1,200 at least for it to reach WSL/Championship ground grading standards so that might be another reason it’s not complete yet.
