I'm having a few quid on Brighton to soften the blow if we do what we usually do on weekends where results go our way.

Good move . Always dodgy when results offer us an opportunity

The SFE team selection tweet isn’t promising

I'd say it was pretty expected to be honest... not great but not surprising.

We play midweek and Under and Barnes will start then.

Standard. Back 5. Wilf and Youri...Madders back... Perez getting a start is the only surprise

If he's right, referring to Under as being 'dropped' is a rather old-fashioned/wrong way to look at a planned rotation.

Personally like the decision, I really enjoyed watching Under on Thursday, but you can't just anoint someone as amazing after a 9/10 against a bunch of Greek farmers!

Keep him keen and unleash him against Everton.

If we play 5 at the back against Brighton then its embarrassing.

I get that Brighton aint no mugs but we should be setting up to turn them over.

I would like to see Perez get a start and ünder has more than earned his place.

I wonder what clauses are in place with ünders loan. If he continues to not get played despite his performances then he may well look elsewhere when his loan ends - I'm sure there will be plenty of interest.

It will be interesting how we do. I am expecting to win,,and play well... But every team that has played in Europe this week, gas struggled thus far. Hope we buck the trend!

Could go third today! Got to win it

Second if Liverpool hang on to lose and we win by 3 goals - I think...

Is SFE still tweeting team selections then? I presumed that nonsense has been dealt with.

I pray to God we don't see a 5-3-2 (or 3-5-2), makes me feel ill thinking about it.

Hopefully we go 4-3-3 like this:

Kasper; JJ, Fofana, Evans, Thomas; Mendy, Tielemans, Praet; Ünder, Vardy, Barnes.

Can swap Maddison for Praet if we want to go more attacking, as long as he's not on set piece duty.

I think BR will actually go with this:

Kasper: JJ, Fofana, Evans, Fuchs, Thomas, Mendy, Tielemans, Maddison; Barnes, Vardy.

I can almost live without starting both Barnes and Ünder but its Fuchs and Albrighton who have been muck since the last international break that I'm struggling with.

I just went on Twitter to look at his Tweets about selection and saw that he called our manager "The Rodgfather"

I don't know why people are railing against the 5 at the back. Look at the league table. Until we drop Brendan will continue. He feels he's found a formula and it's bloody working. It's rather unattractive. But why would he shift with the points it's garnering.

On an aside, if we weren't in Europe & playing so many games. Would he still be using it?
