Right. I've had my test and it's come back negative, via email. However I've not had a text like I normally do. Will email be sufficient evidence??

I had the same went back to the test centre and they changed it on their tablet and sent a new text, you don't need to do another test

The test result text message is exactly the same as when doing the at home lateral flow test. Mine doesn’t mention any note of having the test at a community testing centre. Assuming this is the same as others?

Mine is the same I am taking the registration card from the test centre just in case some jobsworth kicks a fuss up

Yeah I kept mine too just in case of a jobby steward. Wonder if the community testing was actually mandated or another club enforced hoop.
