Gotta loosen the handbrake here I feel. Southampton are just gonna park 10 behind the ball. So we can afford to move to a 4 at the back and bring on another attacker

Maybe so, but it was still a dangerous challenge. And anyway, I’d argue Vardy could have finished that, he’s one of the best finishers on the league, so yea off you pop Vesters.

Well, considering that was against 10 men that was piss poor.  Luckily, we are a second half team when we have a shit show like that so good times ahead.....

He had a very good six weeks or so back in January.

 

He has had a good six weeks or so every season. Perez is a better option in this formation. He’s not even taking set pieces any more.
