Legia Warsaw 0-1 Post Match Thread

Second best right from the kickoff.

Too many players hiding. pathetic

[jonthefox]

Not going to let this beat me up. Bigger things in life.

Their goal, once again, came from schmicheals shit floated pass into the midfield. He’s got to sort this out.

[Vestan Pance]

Send them back to Belvior Drive.

When did we last play good attacking football? Beginning of the year?

[Tom12345]

I actually don’t fault the lineup. I applaud Rodgers for giving others a go. But Amartey and Vestergaard are so bad! I was against us getting Vestergaard and he is now proving to be a huge liability. He is just too slow and bad at defending.

Daka was off tonight. Vardy could have taken one of those chances.

We know our players aren't this bad so wtf is Rodgers doing?

We have played like this in huge chucks under him and Puel, the player have consistently shown they can be this bad quite often.

[Mapperleyfox]

Another pretty limp performance. No urgency, no one willing to take a risk. Defensively all over the place.

One or two players shouldn't be anywhere near the team at the moment.

Buck stops with Rodgers - i'm getting sick of him talking about a lack of tempo or intensity and then the next game we start so passively.

Mick Mccarthy is available soon.

[ealingfox]

League One 12 years ago though

[HankMarvin]

some of the best Best training facilities in the world

maybe they like doing passing drills a bit too much

[Stephen Hughes]

The passing in the first half was soo slow, almost like we expected them to fall apart. Second half was better and quicker tempo but against a team all behind the ball was going to be hard. I am concerned about this stutter a little now.

[shen]

Well we're up against it now. Great. Under pressure in the PL and in the Europa League from the off...

3 cbs against a pub team

No width

Passive and sideways football again

Rodgers needs to look over his shoulder

Sorry, I get sick of seeing this, did you not see how high and wide Castagne and Luke were?

I'm not looking forward to Sunday against Palace with our defence, I bet Zaha can't wait to face us!

Vestergaard will have him in his pocket.

Absolutely disgusting.......

Last year I volleyed a chair vs Slavia. This year I don’t care.

Thats progress right?

Words fo not exist that describe the shite fest we have just witnessed. Seriously worried for this season. To lose to a team as bad as Legia is a disgrace. This is on you BR. Something has to give and give quickly 'coz we are appalling.

Now we will sit back and watch those east end cnuts rip their opposition apart with exciting and attacking gameplay.

It’s been a poor start to the season. We look very disjointed. Unless we are chasing games, we looked sapped of any ideas or energy. This performance basically sums it up.

[coolhandfox]

Lack of passion, lack of tactics, baffling formations and tactics.

Passive, lifeless.

Player look, clumsy, lethargic.

4 out of 5 signing had a crap start to their LCFC careers.

[Tom12345]

Not sure why Ricardo sat on the bench.

[kiddo]

Another slow start, and even in the second half the build up was too slow. No real idea how to break teams down. Fed up with players passing back and forth just to keep the ball.

Right Brendan what's the excuse this time?

Some bollocks about our level and control etc. It’s just Puel with different synonyms.

[Switzfox]

Maddison did quite well.  We had zero creativity before he appeared.  This boring slow passing around the back sh*te needs to stop.
