Looking at the league table its going to be the first relegation 6 pointer that we have been involved in since 2015. Should add a bit more excitement or tension to the game.

I really really hope we see something different tomorrow. Even an attempt at something different would be encouraging. It just seems we're flogging a dead horse with our current style. 

 

We really need to stop playing so far up, compressing the space. Castagne said it, we're shooting ourselves in the foot. The opposition don't have to create opportunities, our mistakes do of for them.

Rodgers needs to start Iheanacho I wouldn’t be surprised if some of the players are pissed off with his favouritism of underperformers

I'd bench  Maddison again for sure. Looks like it's doing him wonders knowing he has to fight back into the team.

My one hope for Sunday if we play as people seem to be anticipating (and, in fairness, we don't have the time to do otherwise) is that Maddison continues that bit of form we saw on Thursday 

 

Of all players to step up, in our current situation, he's the one that can make the difference.
