What a brilliant game of football, we might not have played well this season but between that and the Napoli game we’ve had 2 of the best games of Rodgers’ reign in the last month. 3 sensational goals (Greenwood, Tielemans, Vardy).

We are a totally different side with Evans in it. I’m sure Evans brings out the best in Tielemans, he gets him on the ball in more advanced positions by doing the job Tielemans does for Maddison - that is to say he finds him with 10-15 yard straight passes through the centre of the pitch.

Finally I just want to put on the record that I thought that the refereeing was absolutely shocking today. There’s always some smart arse who says we only complain about referees when we lose, well we won today despite Pawson and his assistants’ best efforts. Seemed to actively go out of his way not to book United players even in the most obvious circumstances.

They where lucky to finish with 11 men, the only person to have a shit game was the Ref he’s not fit to take on a game of this level.

Not quite. :D

Forgot to say earlier it's great to win like we have done today because it makes the referee's performance pale in to insignificance!

How did Matic not get booked for persistent fouling? Ironically Pogba did but not til late on.

He did well to play advantage just before Vardy's goal but surely you go back to book Wan-Bissaka?!

Also a moment in first half where he went to signal for a goal kick then thought 'fvck it I'm giving Utd a corner'

I'm sure he did book Wan Bissaka after the goal to be fair. They didn't get the amount of cards they deserved though.

Best we've played in forever and the most I've enjoyed a game for a couple years too (Cup final was purgatory)

To a man we were fantastic

Rodgers having the international break to regroup, give his head a wobble and remember why he's one of the best coaches in the country couldn't have come at a better time.

To a man we were excellent today, plenty more to improve on but we played aggressive and positive football and I'm absolutely buzzing. Evans being back possibly gave us thst initial confidence but it was some stunning performances. Maddison and then Perez in the 10 role today were immense.

His "looking at this as if I were a new manager" remark was very humbling-- because it was admitting he was doing something wrong, and willing to change it.

An amazing performance from everyone-- Big Dan might play his way into a new contract.

No Ndidi. Barnes and Lookman as unused subs -- that's some firepower left on the bench.

Come from behind; respond immediately to losing the lead. Just psychologically tough.

We should be playing this well -- glad Brendan is willing to do what's necessary to hopefully turn this season around.

I’d be genuinely worried about Sancho if I was a United fan. A supposed winger who didn’t even attempt to take on either of our full backs. Him going off reminded me that he was on.

Ronaldo also guff, which is funny.

That was dynamite. Sign of a good manager. He’s used the two weeks to work on the weaknesses. We were absolutely outstanding to a man today. Evans makes such a difference. The full backs were fantastic, Soumare grew stronger and stronger as the game went on, dominated Pogba. Youri was, well Youri. Perez two assists, first goal for Daka, and some world class strikes on show. The real Leicester stood up today, and long may it continue 🦊💙

They have spent £380m on abject failures - Maguire, Wan Bissaka, Fred, Lindelof, van den Beek and Sancho. As the song goes 'what a waste of money'

What a truly magnificent performance and great goals. Manure did well to travel back up north having conceding 4 goals as it could so easily been SEVEN!!

Hope they took the horse and cart back, the willy pullers

It helps a number 10 having 2 strikers making runs instead of having to play the obvious ball to 1 up front which the defenders always know is coming

True, but as I've said a lot, even when we've played Vardy and Iheanacho together before in a back 3 at the end of the 19/20 and 20/21 season, they were always anonymous in the 10 role, Maddison especially.
