He’s ok - but big limitations. His level is more like Southampton or another lowly PL team.

It is still a matter of amazement to me that the utterly shite commentator on the stream, who misidentified a few players, and appeared to be watching a different game at times, thought that people were saying "shoot" not "boo" to Bissouma.

 

And then told a story to explain why they were (in his mind) saying "shoot".

I used to like Frank before that interview. Shame - someone should have told him you need to take chances against the big sides.

Rested most of our starters for Saturday, avoided any new injuries and through to the next round. We were dreadful against Brighton in the FA cup last season and things didn't go to badly after that...

That 2nd half performance was horrible, Vestergaard has somehow taken my disgust to a whole new level yet again. I don't think there's a rock bottom with him, he reminds me of my tragic days as a  compulsive gambler. I feel sick watching him, he surely isn't this bad. His decision making for their 2nd goal is a carbon copy of when he waddled on vs Spartak and they immediately got their 3rd goal. Dog muck, I can't bare him.

 

So many other appalling displays too, I really thought we'd see some good stuff after the opening 20-30 mins but it unravelled and I'm left scratching my head at some of these. KDH not done overly well, hope he can take a game by the scruff of the neck soon but its easy to see why he's not getting much game time. That said Soumare was terrible when he came on, he seems to either be brilliant or looks clumsy and clueless.

 

Well in Danny Ward though and good to get 90 mins for Barnes and Daka who's fitness now ought to be spot on for the PL.

Yeah, I quite liked what he has done at Brentford but detest the way he chews gum. Looks like a dockside hooker (I imagine)

With the talent we have we don’t have to play well to win. Thoughts bits of the first half was ok - but we definitely handed them the initiative second half. It looked exactly like what it was - lads playing together who haven’t really played together.

First time I've seen Daka in the flesh and thought he did brilliantly. Pace aside, his touch is great and his decision making, selflessness/  through balls were top class. Needs to work on his aerial threat but other than that, he looked the real deal tonight.
