That means Evans is out til new year then .

Hope we stick with a back 4.

Sligjtly worried about the pace they have with Dennis as their striker.

Expect to see Vardy and Iheanacho play hopefully. Maddison looked confident too.

Will give Ranieri a welcome reception before the game but that's it. During the game we're there to support our team and get the win for us.

It's Rodgers' Foxes vs Ranieri's Hornets

I still have feelings for Ranners (obviously. who on here doesn't). I wanted him gone when we lost our mojo and were heading for relegation in 2016/17 but since he's left I found myself looking up how he's doing at Nice and Sampdoria from time to time
This game will feel very special. No doubt he'll be given a very warm welcome by the fans
Can't wait... Hope we'll win (sorry Claudio)  :scarf:

Possibly the team I'd go with if Castagne is injured. Lookman has seemed a little anonymous recently, but still the odd flash of good play. Not sure, maybe he should be perservered with if you consider the amount of substandard performances Perez and Albrighton have been afforded over the years.

Expect the same team as today except for Vardy and Evans in for Daka and Big Dan respectively. That said, RW continues to be a problem position. Perez is better as a 10, Albrighton is definitely past his prime for all of his undoubted effort and, for me, Lookman is not really an improvement on either. He had a couple of good games early on for us, but, as throughout his career, he's never really delivered consistently and today I thought he was poor. Can't believe I'm saying this but I'd be tempted to select Perez at RW on Sunday. He looked sharp tonight and against a team likely to sit deep he might be the best option, even if I don't say that with any real confidence.

Can thr man who paved the way for an incentivised clean sheet be the one to help deliver us one again after so long? Welcome back Don Claudio, a lovely 3-0 roll over would be ever so kind.

Yes what's up with Castagne any idea?

We will buy him a pizza 🍕 if he gives us a clean sheet.

Claudio will be returning to the King Power as a manager for the first time since 2016,

Didn't he return with Fulham a few season ago or was he sacked by then?

We played them away when he was in charge but never at hone

I was cynically glad he wasn't in the dugout that day given it was Brendan's first home game and wanted the crowd to give him full support.

Will be a different occasion this time and one we've prepared for

I was with you until the last couple of sentences... lol

And if Perez starts, it most definitely shouldn't be at RW.

Not looking forward to this. They’ve really been lifted by Claudio and you can see it getting pretty nasty in here if he has his number on Brendan.

Wingers and 2 up front. No need for 5 at the back against Watford.

Pleased to see Ranieri slowly turning them around and his return will be interesting but I hope it doesn't overshadow Rodgers. Ranieri's name can be sung at full time.

Soumare better get practising interval training. If he continually canters around out of poesssion, not tracking runners, we’ve got a problem.

Numerous times where Wilf was trying to do his job as well and we just got outnumbered.

Id almost advocate KDH - just felt more balanced with him there
