I could see us coming out and winning 3-0 and looking awesome throughout or I could see us slacking to a loss or a lacklustre draw.

Love the Foxes, but right now with this team hard to really predict anything.

Same except shaarky for Pérez

I agree , Albrighton is much more effective defensively. The way we have been defending that is vital.

Is that what that awful smell was last night sweaty burning bum crack flares, hate to think where else they hid them to get them into the stadium? 🤢🤮

I'm not sure I care about what formation we put out but we need to be on it from the start. Watford will be at it from kick off and we can't concede early again. No excuses about playing on Thursday, this is an important game (some just may say 'must win') because we're about to go into a ridiculous month of 9 games (10 if we include the new years day game).

so you watch a 10 minute cameo of Albrighton and come to the conclusion he is definitely past his prime?  A man who always gives 110 per cent and wears his heart on his sleeve.  Never mind Lookman was bloody woeful and couldnt trap a bag of cement.

I'm a big fan of Albrighton's and acknowledged that he always works hard. But I think it is obvious that he has lost a bit of pace - and, no, I'm not just basing that on 10 minutes last night. He can still be effective in some games but I'm not sure against an expected deep block that we'll get much joy whipping in crosses or seeking to play balls in behind their defence, which is what he is all about. Just my opinion of course...

                     Schmeichel

Castagne - Evans - Söyüncü - Thomas

      Madders  -  Ndidi  -  KDH

    Perez     -     Vardy     -     Barnes

Hopefully new manager bounce over, let’s have them.

Would go with that at the weekend then start Daka & Lookman in the mid week game away at Southampton next week, who tend to play a higher line. After a promising start, Soumare been very average since the Man Utd game and would give KDH a start this weekend.

Nope. Won't be back until nearer Christmas I reckon.

He'll be in for the Napoli game IMO, or at least on the bench. They'll do everything they can to have him ready.

Soumare better get practising interval training. If he continually canters around out of poesssion, not tracking runners, we’ve got a problem.

Numerous times where Wilf was trying to do his job as well and we just got outnumbered.

Id almost advocate KDH - just felt more balanced with him there

I agree Soumare didn’t look good, he was slow and caught in possession a couple of times. Wilf covered his errors on numerous occasions so I’d go for KDH. I’ can see the same back 4 as last night, Barnes, Madders, Vardy and Perez in for Lookman with KDH and Wilf as centre midfield. One thing that does concern me with this team is our lack of physically though.

Despite the win last night, I would say that Legia were not providing much in the way of physicality and it will be much tougher against Watford, even though their skill level may not be as high as the Polish side. If we’re up for it and properly on the front foot we should win but if we’re not it may be another disappointment.

I wouldn't put it past us to knacker Youri for the remainder of his contract, nurse him back to full health and let him slink off to another team free of charge lol

Had his shoulder popped back in during the game last night.

Hopefully he's okay but wouldn't surprise me if he's rested.

The worry I have for Sunday is who is going to try and control the midfield for us.

With Youri out we're struggling for someone to get on the ball and  dictate from midfield. Yet Brendan seems reluctant to give KDH a chance in the role. So where does that leave us.?

Maddison is better in the ten role so I'm guessing we'll persevere with Soumare and NDiddi unless Brendan chooses to put KDH in the middle between them.

I just hope we start with intensity and take the game to them. If we do we can win.

The way the lads came out the other day was great, if BR can get them doing that again, that will really prove he can motivate them. It's funny what a simple win can do for your outlook, even against lower ranked opposition.
