It's not that he doesn't know how to fix it, it's that he doesn't change anything to fix it.  We've had this problem for months and nothing has changed.

He just never gets out of first gear, never tracks a runner and shows no desire to up his efforts. Whilst I’m on it, he never offers a pass to Evans, Cags or Schmeichel. Bin for now

Our defensive issues have nothing to do with him, if he doesn’t play we are shit. He wasn’t here the end of last season and we were shit. The manager can’t set up a decent defensive unit.
