Choudhury should be bounced out the club at the first opportunity. The incident with Chilwell where they got dropped at Burnley a couple of years back, the Ayoze lockdown party, this… he doesn’t exactly scream professionalism and application does he?

It doesn’t really set the right high-performance culture within the squad.

It’s funny when people make comparisons to them doing this to the ordinary man. The truth is they’re not the same worlds. Yes, we might have a few beers after a day at work - but we’re not highly paid footballers who earn what they do because of that profile. It has to come with some conditions and one of those is that you keep your escapades behind closed doors from those who enable your wealth (if no one watched the game these guys would be on £50 a week) and it doesn’t impact on the job.

That’s just a basic expectation of professionalism which - if you do want to make comparisons between them and us - is expected in any job. For instance, would it be acceptable for me to share a video of me partying and getting pissed up with my mates to my clients after a delay or mistake I just had a part in had caused them to lose money? Would my boss let me have a couple of disciplinary instances for things that affect either my performance or the reputation of the company I work for and still keep my job?

Of course not. Which is why these guys need to show some decorum for the privileged position they find themselves in and not flaunt their disregard for how the people who enable their position might be feeling as a result of their actions.

If you’re gonna do it, at least do the basic of making sure it’s not out there for everyone to see FFS.

Choudhury was a regular on a night out on Thursdays before he’d even broke into the first team….

I remember bumping into him on Braunstone gate and I was with my mate who works at the club “don’t say I was out mate”

Well with that sort of attitude, no wonder he can’t get a game. He needs to take this footballing life seriously instead of pissing it up the wall. I understand players need to ‘let their hair down’ but that kind of attitude takes the piss.

The bloke is earning more in a year that some people will earn in a lifetime….

I mean to be fair to Hamza, why would he be bothered he’s never really had a run in the team. Probably knows his place is at best 3rd choice. Even though he had a few decent games he’s dropped straight away. He can’t do worse than ndidi has this season if we gave him a run in the team. Might make him knuckle down too.

I understand that but that doesn’t mean he should be taking the piss out of the club by going out when he really shouldn’t be right?

He's pretty crap too.

Would be one of the first out the door this summer for me.

I have no issue with players socialising and having a drink. In fact, I quite like them doing it when the time is right.

But fvck me how stupid and tone deaf are they? Horrendous timing and really shows how little they care about the drubbing. If we had any form of backbone in the dressing room this wouldn’t be tolerated but instead they just take the piss over and over again.

Completelt vilifies Brendan’s comments and I know a lot of you can’t stick him but he’s completely right. Need to ship out some of these pathetic players on decent money taking Top for a ride.

Agreed. Perhaps a couple of weeks of Keano might focus their attention or a meeting in the office with Graham Souness in his prime as he locks the door behind them 🤔 🤣🤣.

How times change ! Remember a match report back in the sixties ,Leeds losing 6 - 1 at West Ham and Billy Bremnner rolling up his sleeves and urging his team mates on What would we give for an inspirational leader like that as present premandonnas stroll around the pitch planning their next extravagant purchase of car or property and don't give a proverbial.

Few things for me, we have just been mullered by one of our closest rivals who are in a lower league in the competition we were the holders, which has hurt the fanbase massively, then following that shit stain of a performance the Manager calls out some of the players as to their hunger, desire and if they are as good as they believe …….and the reaction of some is to respond by having a piss up until the early hours and even rub the fans noses in it by being posted on social media, to then cook up a feeble excuse from the book of Boris, what does this say about how they see the fans, manager and the club as a whole. It’s a disgrace and shows the lack of discipline and professionalism currently running through the club from Manager through to the players.

it is rotten to the core at the moment and needs immediate action to halt the decline before its too late.

The reason he’s not at that level may be because he doesn’t put in those extra yards which take him from bit part player to first team regular. The best players won’t be seen out doing things what he does.

Why do these things always crop up? So they had a party. A party doesn’t mean a celebration. It might be a chance to let off steam. Perhaps if feeling awful. I know that when I feel like crap or am having a bad time then booze and friends can be an outlet that I turn to. I’m not condoning it or vilifying it, I just don’t care about these things unless they are turning up for training or marches hungover or drunk.

....it probably explains why he is no rush to move or further his career!!!

If he is earning a lot of money, more than he ever thought that he would , then you can understand why he would be comfortable with just having a space on the bench.

So long as he is content to coast, then good luck to him.

Translation: we don’t want to lose our sliver of access to the club.

Chicken and egg scenario. He was linked with Barcelona once (before they were totally stupid). Who is to say he couldn't have been a far better player if he'd knuckled down from the start.

It's a good point others made about him, he has got a bit of a track record, we've got to be looking at better.
