It's a clear and obvious leg sweep, whether intentional or not it is still the moment that led to the goal. Ian was nowhere near the ball until he swept the leg. Sweeping the leg caused Varane to lose balance and the ball was knocked back to him.

I think its more frustrating because it's Manchester United and we are so used to them getting favourable decisions.

 

Its a soft decision,  but not a shocking one.

 

The frustrating thing isn't if it was a foul or not, it's if we would have got the same decision. There's a massive inconsitancy in this league and it's always the same teams benefitting.

Done with football I think I’m not watching until var goes now… sorry it annoys me, I mean this game don’t matter much for us but played so well and deserve better. It is now getting as bad as f1
