Didn’t create anyth8ng but then neither did they. We get the penalty that game finishes a draw and we’re in extra time. But completely and utterly ****ed over by the ref, some of the decisions were as bent as you’re likely to see.

I don’t think I’ve seen anything so blatant in my life. You can say it wouldn’t have made any difference but if we had got one of those corners and put it in or some of those fouls that went the wrong way. It all makes a difference and breaks up our play and momentum. It was a tepid display that is true and we looked overwhelmed by the occasion. They were definitely beatable.

We needed support for Vardy but then we had no creativity from wide whatsoever.

No idea where Maddison is being told to play but he needs to be near Vardy on the edge of the box, not playing side ways passes near the half way line.

As usual, we have no balance at all. So easy to defend against and rely on the occasional bit of brilliance and that has dried up. We look every bit the mid table team we currently are..

Quite possibly the most embarrassing semi final performance in recent history.

Jose had Brendan’s number before a ball was kicked tonight, and it was ****ing cringeworthy to watch. Roma are pretty shit, and yet we let them just dick us rather comfortably.

No aggression, no creativity, basic mistakes and a complete lack of desire. We’ve thrown away the league all for nothing.

Tonight was on Brendan, and his complete tactical naïvety, Jose will be laughing all the way to the final.

Brendan can piss off now, I’ve had it with him.

I agree with the creativity. Tactically Jose made Brendon look an amateur. However, who do you believe can replace Brendon?.

Hurts us in the transfer market not having any European competition next season....a factor for drawing some players

Or losing some

“Young side, will learn from the experience, proud of the team, controlled the game, young side, young side blah fvckin blah ……

too right that’s what he’ll say. Maybe we showed great intensity and competed well but we lacked that cutting edge or our final pass wasn’t there but he’ll probably say we were the better side.

Cheated out of it. As bad as the game at Athletico Madrid, after which the referee was banned for taking bribes. A clear penalty not given. Our players penalised for good tackles, at least two corners given as goal kicks, every 50/50 decision given to Roma, absolutely disgusting.

only criticism is why is one of our smallest players (Ricardo) given the job of marking Abrahams at a corner? Not once but several times.

What happened to the FEARLESS FOXES??
We’ve turned into Spurs, a bunch of bottle jobs.
Took the 76 min to have a shot on target.

Desperately needed a goal and we just knock it round the back and no movement or runs.
Roma parked the bus and we had no ideas how to break them down.

Definitely need a big over haul in the summer.
Carrying to many passengers.

Reminds me of the Forest game.  When the big occasion beckons we wilt like a bunch of Aldi tulips left in the cupboard under the stairs.

Genuinely how do we fix this because it’s the number one issue of this squad. That and corners.

Thought it was meant to all be OK when we got Fofana and Justin back

Not when we’ve got Ricardo marking Tammy Abraham at a ****ing corner!!

Roma have everything we don’t. Aggression, strength, strong mentality, desire, willing runners and a set style of play.

Would love to have some of those Roma players wearing the Leicester shirt and giving their all, fighting for every ball.

the ref was awful but he didn’t need to be. we were useless and they scored whenever they wanted to. Had they attacked more they probably would have scored more. we just aren’t very good

Why oh why when we are in a good attacking position do we pass it sideways or back ?

All you could have asked for was for them to really give it a go, but you can't really say we did that.

A really weak performance lacking in any sort of aggression or urgency.

I've always been Rodgers in, but the last month or so has left me thinking maybe we've reached the end of the road with him.

I just don't look forward to going to or watching the games any more, it's just a chore.

Luckily I don’t get paid to make that decision. But that was absolutely shocking tonight. We need a manager with some balls, who that is I don’t know, but I think Rodgers has taken this group as far as he can.

I dozed off again.

Did we win?

Three one. Flights are pretty cheap to Albania at the moment so get them booked up quick.

Yep. I genuinely want mourinho over this ****ing soft touch coach.

Be actually genuinely interesting to see what he says after the game. Can't really say we gave it our all or threw everything at them because we didn't. We were desperate from the moment they scored, and yet with 15 mins to go he brings Castagne on in a like for like change. The most meh performance we could ever put in in such a huge game. It was barely better than the villa performance. Very very disappointed in that. We have so many questions now. Can Vardy still do it? ( Non existent in both legs) what system do we play, how can we get out of this backwards meaningless possession shite we've resorted to since the Newcastle game. It just shows that throwing the league games instead of attacking and winning them was pointless. We could have come into this firing and confident, but we weren't. Very very big summer coming up if we want more nights like this in the near future.

Hopefully something along the lines of “I’ll be asking Top for my P45 tomorrow”.

Proud of the lads, we could have maybe got more shots off on goal but understand the need to keep possession with the threat that they posed on the counter. Ashame to concede from a corner again but it is what it is.

We’ll be back stronger next season and confident we can challenge for Europe again in the league with a couple of the right additions.

Doesn't really make sense as they only pose a threat on the counter if we have the ball.

Not the best but certainly not as bad as most on here are making out. Everyone was praising the starting line up in the pre match thread but suddenly Brendan ****ed it???

Set piece again was our downfall but we were the better of the two teams over the 90. It doesn't win you games but to say we we didn't try is blue tinted emotion if ever I've saw it.

I remember the MON days, foxes never quit, a team that showed alot of fight. They never even reached a European semi.

Roma defended very well, classic mourinho. The wide players were largely ineffective in the first half, Barnes could hardly get a touch. But BR changed it up and went 3-5-2. We looked better but Roma parked the bus.

**** me it wasn't our best performance, I'm disappointed, but we lacked a bit guille in the final third, not effort or desire.

I'd like to agree, but "lacked a bit of guile"? That's what I was hoping after the first 45...then 60...then 85...

We've gone from scoring a fair few at the beginning of the season to not being able to create anything that will threaten the opposition goal. That's a big concern for me.
