Simple question...not looking like we're gonna set the world on fire in the transfer market....clubs like Forest, Newcastle, West Ham, Villa, Leeds and Wolves have all strengthened....Fulham look good....as do Brighton.....I'll start...right now I see success this season as finishing top half and no success in cups.

Way too much uncertainty for any real prediction. If any players come in tonight or tomorrow and there’s news on the Brendan front I’ll pitch in more optimistically but currently fonts see anything but a slog for 15th at best, possibly worse.

It's to early to even compare.

 

"Fulham look good" but we're less than 10 games in. Over the course of a season things will even out. Marco Silva has a habit of starting well then fading out.

 

Personally for me it's the same as I want every year and thats a good run in the League Cup or FA Cup.

Honestly I'd take just staying up now. Get rid of Rodgers and give it Allardyce til end of the season. Go full Brexit and maybe get couple of proper shithouses in in January. 

 

Then in summer throw it all at getting Graham Potter in and do the full rebuild.

I just want to stay up. I want to clear out nearly everyone in senior management. From delays with the away shirt to the lack of transfer activity, to the disastrous performances on the pitch, this summer has spoilt a lot of good work some people have done for many years. We’ve become tinpot.

For me, staying up.  Thats the be all and end all.  This will be a relegation battle this season no question.  We've lagged behind a lot of teams in teams of quality the past 18 months, but more worryingly we lag behind pretty much all teams in terms of direction and desire to get results.  The fact that Rodgers cant do anything bad enough to get the sack doesn't help either.

It's been an inexcusable start, however I do think we'll find our mojo soon.

 

We'll be way off Europe, but also way of any sort of relegation battle.

 

Just ride the storm this season and hopefully big changes for next season.
