Verumex Posted 4 September 2022 Posted 4 September 2022 I won't grumble but that was some right bull**** for them 1
fazzyfox Posted 4 September 2022 Posted 4 September 2022 Correct though, the attempted scissor kick affected the quality of our headed clearance 1
Finnegan Posted 4 September 2022 Posted 4 September 2022 Controversial maybe but the half time change makes sense tactically. It's probably the wrong personnel but Barnesa had a crap half and we clearly had to do something different defensively. Madders was poor first half but now he gets to be central in a more natural role at least. As much as I'm no fan of Amartey I'd definitely have had him on, Ndidi and Thomas as CBs isn't a good look. 1
Tuna Posted 4 September 2022 Posted 4 September 2022 Don't forget we were ****ing robbed last season at The Amex! 4
LCFCJohn Posted 4 September 2022 Posted 4 September 2022 After what they got away with in the same fixture last season **** ‘em! 1 1
turlo Posted 4 September 2022 Posted 4 September 2022 **** me thats an awful decision that keeps Rodgers in a job a while longer
foxes_rule1978 Posted 4 September 2022 Posted 4 September 2022 That was obviously offside and makes a clear attempt at the ball.. why so long 3
Criggers Posted 4 September 2022 Posted 4 September 2022 On a personal level feel bad that the blokes screamer has been chalked off. But **** yes we’ll take it. Plus was it really a free kick anyway? 1
shailen Posted 4 September 2022 Posted 4 September 2022 I'd hate that if it was against us. Lucky break
StanSP Posted 4 September 2022 Posted 4 September 2022 Could be one of the best ever goals to be disallowed
Tanya Posted 4 September 2022 Posted 4 September 2022 Brighton got away from one last season. Looks like we have here, even if it is technically offside.
Vlad the Fox Posted 4 September 2022 Posted 4 September 2022 While relieved at the outcome that was a var farce.
An Away Move Posted 4 September 2022 Posted 4 September 2022 I’d be enraged if we had a goal ruled out like that. If we score quickly that will kill them.

Popular Post Corky Posted 4 September 2022 Popular Post Posted 4 September 2022 I know they are annoyed it has been disallowed but he's offside and attempted to play the ball. Not controversial. 9

Number 6 Posted 4 September 2022 Posted 4 September 2022 You can't swing a leg at it and not be interfering. Clearly offside and correct VAR application. 2
orangecity23 Posted 4 September 2022 Posted 4 September 2022 (edited) Took so long because VAR was Chris Kavanagh, and the thought of having to give a decision in our favour made him cry like a baby. Had to make the ref do it because he just couldn't bring himself to make the call, chapped at his dark little match fixing heart. Edited 4 September 2022 by orangecity23
coolhandfox Posted 4 September 2022 Posted 4 September 2022 Justin makes a clear header if there is no boot flying. Unfortunate to have a great goal chalked off but correct call. 1
