Would be silly postponing the football, the Queen (God rest her soul) was an elderly lady that had a good privileged life, lots of business relies on the football, and at times like we’re having we should continue, a good time for the country to show their respects.

The most annoying thing about Brendan’s stubbornness is that in my opinion all we actually need to do is let the leash off and counter attack. 
 

It’s the same story, we get the ball, pass it around 30-40 times and the opposition just sit back and get 11 players in their own half, we continue to pass it around aimlessly until we inevitably make a mistake, lose possession and then completely collapse in defence. 
 

Defence is our weakness, Brendan seems to think if we keep the ball we can’t concede, completely ignoring the fact that we actually need to attack to win a game. 
 

if he just set us up to counter attack we would concede more but we would probably score goals for fun. Right now players like Vardy are marked off the pitch. It’s a similar story to Puel, his first few months we massively improved and we’re counter attacking, as soon as we adopted possession football it went to shit. 
 

Rodgers refuses to acknowledge this.

I understand, but this is going on and on for so long, its getting really silly now. Seems to be putting off the inevitable now, and for what ? some kind of Rodgers miracle ?? I think not.

It will not stop Brighton and Bournemouth taking two more candidates off the managerial list will it ?

The Great North 5k run that was due to be held on Friday (tomorrow) has been cancelled. So has England vs South Africa's cricket at the Oval and Burnley vs Norwich and Tranmere Rovers vs Stockport County

Stupid idea to cancel. The whole nation isn't mourning. Just some of it. How about we show some respect to all other people who died today and get on with it.

The issue with GW8 is that it’ll most likely fall in line with the funeral. So logically all sport around that date will be cancelled.

September 3rd to October 4th is literally a month.
