One game means nothing.

I demand the same level for the nest 3 games and same result.

Then I'll think about it.

He's earned the next game IMO.

I think that will have to be the case until we are well clear of relegation. Can't have any more terrible days like we have had.

Reality is we have been in poor form for a long time. Big win against (lets face it) a dire team isn't anything to get overly excited about.

I am in the rodgers out camp but as long as he is here we need him to do the best for the club. In an ideal world he becomes the next manager to win us the league and all that (ok, might put the marijuana back down) . Think most of us would be happy if he turned it around and found a new lease on lcfc life. This also would leave most of us with egg on our faces but hey something has to be said when shit ain't going right!

We have some winnable games coming up. Both the players and manager need to take advantage and make it count.

The state of this poll. Even if he wins the next 5, I'd still vote out. What that run would do is make me happy to wait longer for it to happen as we'd have created a small buffer and his departure wouldn't be as desperately needed. As long as he's the manager, we'll still have all the same issues and he's shown he will never adapt to the them.

I guess the gist of it is that it's not only an opinion based on the results, it's the unresolved deficiencies and general trend under his management that makes me sure removing him is the best for the future of the club.

He’s been shit since January 2020, and we’ve been shit for the vast majority of that time as a result.

One win, against the worst club in the league, does nothing to alter that.

bit of a deceptive poll. It’s obviously out but you can’t sack a manger after a big win, so technically i’m in… until he stops winning :dunno:

he wins 3 on the bounce and he’s earnt more time. That’s the nature of the sport. But i’m still not sure we will turn up like that against other teams.

Awonyi has saved his job tbh because had that bounced in, we probably crumble like we have in previous games

He’s going to have to win a lot more games on the bounce, all convincing performances, to get any sort of warranted swing.

Tonight was for the fans and changes nothing on the Rodgers front.

As we suspected, the players haven’t dumped him yet

i think he survives whilst this is the case

but top has made his mind up - he just isn’t ready to move on yet

sylo warned us that a fair chunk would move across if we we won.  I’ll watch the weekend with interest. You can play with gay abandon at home to forest …..

Let's just enjoy the win, one swallow doesn't make a summer, but tonight was a good start in winning fans back round. Collapse against Bournemouth though and any goodwill is out the window. Win our next 4 games however and I'm back on the Brendan bus.

He could win our next 40 & I would still want him gone !!

That is what it will take for me, winning the next 4 and with these this type of performance. That would make me believe again.

Difficult if not impossible. Beating Bournemouth with our awful away performance…

And that’s what makes me laugh,

He lost 6, in a row. He wins 1 and he’s safe for another month. Maths don’t add up to me.

This is a never ending circle.

Needs to beat Bournemouth before I'll change my vote but as I've said previously, batter Forest and climb the table to safety and I'll be off his back.

Still out, too much has gone on and been said for one result to change my mind.

This was a local derby which means so much to the club and supporters, did Rodgers inspire the performance or did the players do it for the owner and supporters who were clearly hurt by what has gone on over the last few months.

The weekend will tell us more, will we go out with a similar mentality and mindset to show the tide is turning  or will we end up on the end of another away defeat.

Even Peter Taylor managed to win away at the Sheep shaggers in the season he lost his job.
