I know he’s not young and up and coming, but if Dennis is going to stay around he’ll be ace in this division.

This idea of a footballer wanting to play for 'x' club is the biggest myth going in football, 99.9% don't care. Wherever he goes, he's going because for one reason or another, that's what he believes is best for him.

I'd much rather a player come here with the ambition of outgrowing us, rather than us being their final destination. Give me Fofana/Kante/Maguire over Vestergaard/Bertrand/Ward.

You could have used Vardy, albrighton, morgan, huth, fuchs etc.

Strikes me there are three parts to the decision making process….Chelsea can send him where they like, they hold all the cards.

The player will have a preference, and his host club will need to agree it. He is Italian, can possibly go to Italy…..second strongest suit

The outpouring of its Leicesters fault on here he might not come is frankly b*llocks…..we are weakest in the pecking order and if he/they don’t want him to go to Leicester then he won’t go!

If he/they don’t want him to come, he won’t come, get over it move on…..

Still need at least one more 8 if he did stay.

I'm leaning towards Praet being one of the only ones who's contract is up in the summer that I'd keep over selling. Torino have signed Vlasic, if someone's only offering £2-3m then I'd keep him. At this level his output will be strong.

Anything over £5m though I'd probably sell and reinvest.

He fit the system more then the likes of Ndidi and Castange.

Still think we could due with at least moving on 2 from Praet, Soumare, Castange or Ndidi.

If he fancies struggling week in week out as Genoa more than likely will, just because it's in Italy, so be it, if he doesn't want to be here I'd rather we didn't bring him in, had enough of players who seemingly have their minds elsewhere.

Chap from Malmo? We could do with one obvious starter and then one young player. I’m still wondering if it’s worth going back in for Chair, QPR are ****ed.com and he would make a more than capable addition to the squad.

First of all, this guy is not Mo Salah.

second, yes that reading team wasn’t good but reports were that he didn’t add much as a CM.  Didn’t create much proactive drive or linkup. Did he try and others not on his wavelength? Maybe but unconfirmed.

did he get POTT in an U20 tournament? Yes

no doubts he’s got potential but is he our saviour? TBD.

All I know is reading fans not convinced

...he seems petulant, no doubt he was at Reading against his will!!!

If you are coerced into going somewhere and you are not convinced that it is your best interest, you are not going to give your all.

Not making the Chelsea squad would have been a knock back which was hard to take, if you believe that you are good enough to be included.

A trip abroad, well away from this setback, might well be viewed as the best option by the player right now.

Where have you got that he's petulant? Because he's choosing the best option for him...?

The fact we've not even been loosely linked with other number 8s worries me. Makes me think we might have gone all out for Casadei only to not get him.

Hard to say, we tend to keep things very close. I think Hannibal Mejbri is probably the alternative. Not sure how I feel about that, but he's supposedly impressed in pre season and he rejected us for Man Utd when they signed him from Monaco several years ago.

We made a significant bid for him that was accepted but he wanted Utd.

put Mohammad Salah in the Luton  team and he will score and assist less…

put Ward in goal for Luton and they would break the EPL record for the most goals ever conceded in a season.......

I get it, but the problem is he is made of glass.  I can’t see him getting through half the games due to some sort of injury.

what about Patino from Arsenal, seems very a like to Casadei in some respects, and he wants to leave Arsenal

I think people are reading too much into the 'doesn't want to play for us' thing. If he does e d up here despite not being his preferred destination then it's still I'm his best interest for him to do well to have a chance of breaking into the Chelsea team.

Hey Rudders!!  Here’s a basket for all your eggs!!

Waste of time.  We’re in serious trouble.

May as well just shut the club down.

Two threads later and he's not actually coming?

It's because the other one was closed that he has had a change of heart...
