Yunus as the 8 as he's a left-footer?

With a possibility that he and McAteer might swap position at times?

Really like this. Fresh players with a point to prove. It's about the points total we finish the season and this is what we'll do to combat the rapid flow of games in this league. It's a plenty strong enough side.

for sure, would be much more suited as the 8 being more techincal as Mcateer has the energy to get up and down the flank.

We're going to miss Ndidi and KDH's defensive qualities in the midfield, hopefully it's not but fear it could be a repeat of last season where teams were cutting through us with ease.

We have to keep players fit and fresh. It’s a long old season in the Championship! I like the 11 - should be good enough to beat most teams at this level. Leeeetttsssgoooo

I think it's a mistake. Why mess so significantly with a winning team? If it ain't broke - tinker gently. Or at least wait for Rotherham at home.

while thats all well and good if we are playing 2 games a week it aint gonna be great for the  same 11 over and over

That will certainly be missed, KDH and Nididi where great in the previous game but maybe he thinks they need a rest and we would be become to predictable

It’s early in the season, I think he’s trying to get the balance right and use the squad in certain games, it’s necessary for a long season ahead. Whether it works or not tonight, even though I don’t enjoy his style of football necessarily, it is so refreshing to have a manager who demands high standards of his players.

I understand the need for keeping players fresh but we played 5 days ago. Hardly a quick turn around.

Surely would have been better to keep the same team tonight and change up Saturday.

In Enzo we trust but either tactical masterclass or complete disaster coming. Surely not going to be boring. 😂
