He's culpable for all the above. We're completely directionless at the moment

You don't need to ask any of those questions if Vardy scores. And Vardy will be the first to admit that. Play shit and still win is the sign of champions but if you don't score you don't win. Clichés but true.

Really? You think a new guy comes in tomorrow and a magic wand takes us on a promotion winning run?

Think logically

 

A) we can't afford to get rid of him

B) no manager will leave there current club to take up any vacant position plus we couldn't afford it

C) you'll only get managers currently unavailable who have probably been sacked elsewhere or failed

D) by time a manager comes in after interview process you'll only have 6 games left.

We need a goal or two, we have an International CF on the bench who scored 7 in 9 not too long ago, but we continue playing chuckle brothers football, to me, to you, to me, to you except with the recent addition of sloppy passes that go out of play or to one of theirs.

Start of the season was making subs, trying things, giving players a chance. 

 

Now we might as well only name three subs on the bench as he's got zero intention of bringing them on.

 

Likes of Coady and Albrighton should be rightly fuming. 

Faes has been a bomb scare for months whilst Mavididi seems to be almost exempt from being subbed. 

 

Is there any danger of trying something different, even just a formation change from the word go. can we ever see an overlapping full back again? 

 

Honestly if we don't go up then this manager is to blame for the collapse. Piss poor in game management. Subs on at the times today were a disgrace frankly

I just feel its our only way of having a chance of getting to the prem to help resolve our finances personally .. with or without an actual replacement

A vocal CB would have screamed at Hamza to close down the shot for their goal. Still don’t know how many real leaders we have out there, a lot are just focused on their own game and not the bigger picture.

You absolutely still need to ask them! If that was a one off then fair enough but our recent form is utterly pathetic, so even if we'd snuck a 1-0 win, those questions need answering.

 

Thinking they don't need to be asked because you've fluked your way to a win, is just delaying the inevitable by blinding yourself to the obvious. There are clear underlying trends that need addressing.

 

Another factor to consider is that his style of play is all about structure and patterns, so if the results aren't there, the manager is even more culpable. All these players needed was a basic structure and somebody to tell them they're better than this league if they work hard and we'd be successful. Wouldn't work in the PL of course but Enzo has had an easy job. The hard bit was off the field which it looked like he'd done a complete culture reset but not anymore, and certain recent decisions have shown a lack of character.

 

I'm not even in the anti-Enzo camp. Just laying the facts bare.

For me, ive saif this time and time again, we have the players, we just need to use them to create our best chance. If anyones gonna blow it, it'll be Enzos arrogance. 

The sky presenter had a sly dig at half time saying we have £95m on the bench, so why not use them when it appears we're flagging, it seems so obvious to me.

Why not just bring Souttar on, or go 2 upfront, or just change players for extra energy like Praet.
