Mainly being reported that it is due to legal issues / work permit stuff

Sort of. That's one angle suggested. The other is that there are work permit or "legal issues" holding up the deal.

 

Basically, nobody has a clue. And neither do we.

This seems to happen every single transfer deadline day and has been for years in terms of our signings. 

 

Some serious questions need to be asked but we all know full well this will just carry on for years with certain people at the helm.
