It's simple:

Born after 2000? It's a red.

Born before 2000? It's a yellow.

Born before 1980? It's a warning by the ref because it was his first tackle.

Game is destroyed. Sport is becoming a joke. Sorry, it's already a joke.

Evolution …….. it’s a mystery

So... if you're Enzo, what now?  How do we shuffle the pack?

Doyle for Justin make it more of a 3 at the back and leave Ricky to cover the right side maybe?

Pictures and slow motion always tell a worse story - if you’ve ever played then how do you realistically expect him to not follow through with his leg? Literally talking milliseconds from after he won the ball.

You can guarantee if the roles are reversed we’re calling the ref a willy puller.

Hard to be objective. Don't like to see fouls like the one for the pen given but that's the way modern football is. Not a red for Fatawu in a million years, VAR overturns that

Stupid challenge from Fatawu and late but never a red. Especially if the challenge on KDH is only a yellow. That was a far more reckless and dangerous challenge.

Ref not handling the pressure at all. We’ve been poor. Tackle on KDH was a definite red never mind double jeopardy. Fats tackle was stupid but borderline. We’ve all seen em given.

We’ve been absolute pants so far.

Nigel thinks it was a red for both so there's the objectively correct answer.

He did say he wasn't sure watching it live though/first time, so there is some uncertainty, but yes, watching again, it was a red

Ref is going to lose this one. Mavididi is close to losing his head as is Palmer for them. That red could boil over, it's never a red, never has been a red, so don't know what he's seeing there. If that's a red then both teams should be down to 10, KDH was taken out closer to his cock than he was his feet for the penalty.

Big team talk coming up at half time from Enzo to keep a lid on things and make sure it's not us that blinks 1st in terms of losing our heads.

Could be argued that Cov were the better side in the 1st half, they obviously had a game plan to disrupt us as much as possible and get into us. With us being down to 10 men they could, and should, change it up which will hopefully play into our hands if we don't go too conservative

Presumably the referee gives the penalty for the awful follow through as he wins the ball, if that’s the case how is it not a red?

Also… why is one red and the other not?

Fatawu gets a red for excessive force.

The Cov defender gets a yellow for  dangerous play and being last man.

Make it make sense.

Var see in this game see them with 10 and us with 11

This is like last season now with 10 men.

We‘Ve had loads of practice and we’ll see this out.

We carried Ward and Amartey, so at times it was like playing with nine.
