Because it’s all profit we could spend £100m in fees this summer on the back of getting 40m in for kdh and also plug the hole in the accounts

but we’re not getting 40m for him.

How would it help us when there's no time to spend the money?  Sure we'd have an extra £40m in the bank in the summer, but it won't have been worth it if we're still in the championship (which we easily could be if we lose KDH).

I think if we sold KDH now there's a strong chance we wouldn't get promoted.

There may not be any options in the Winter transfer window but if we get an offer for 40m in the summer i would take it, we could replace him and give ourselves some FFP wiggle room for other transfers with that money.

My first reaction was not to believe it. 
Then too many people in the press talking to discount it. 
Now I’m back believing there’s now way they would pay above 30million so it probably won’t happen unless we got a player swap and money deal or we are working in the background furiously to buy another player with the money. 💰 

Either way I’d be very upset to see him go.

The trick is to sell fringe players, not your best ones.

 

20-30-40 million whatever it is, will probably be wasted on a few bad signings.

 

At the very least have a replacement in first and I dont mean in the same window, especially not a scrambled signing on deadline day.
