Grammatically,  "I'm not here for an English lesson." would read better.   A sentence requires a subject.   Your effort works if we accept that you were intending the passive voice.  It may be appropriate to have two signs next to each other using the passive voice:   Not here for an English lesson; No ball games.

It is actually a pet hate of mine when people can't say/spell the names of our players/managers, it's just feckin lazy! I understand predictive txt can play a part at times but some on here continually spell names wrong. And yes I'm fully aware there are much bigger issues in the world.
