I am bewildered, the whole team do not look happy or with it at all, not sure what the answer is, we certainly wont get through the play offs, not going up will set us back and we wont be able to assemble a team challenging the top 4 in the Championship if we dont go up, as those gutless players who represent the club now will be long gone, looks like a total reset needed from the top down, the future looks bleak, if Ipswich and Leeds win we are fooled I cant see us winning another match after those last 2 shit shows!

I've been defending this team but I feel like what Einstein said now about doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.
