Fantastic news that he’s off! Overpaid, overhyped yet underperformed.

 

Hoping this frees up the wages and squad place to go for a striker, if we move fast (😆) we could have one in by next weekend.

 

Mads move will accelerate from here, Justin and BEK linked in recent days. At least things are starting to happen.

 

Priority for me would be to move Vestergaard and Soumare next with central midfield the target.

Never rated him since he joined.  He’ll be on silly money too, so it’s good to get that salary down. 
Appreciate he had an injury at the start, but he’s never lived up to the hype. All talk. Painfully slow. 

And selling him for a significant loss is yet another Rudkin masterclass.

We had to sell either Vestergaard or Coady this summer, nobody’s coming in for vestergaard after that crazy decision to give him a new contract last summer, so a Coady bid couldn’t be turned down as we have so many CB
