Personal reasons. If they're genuine then I hope he's okay. 

 

If not, and he does want to leave it already has offers, then I want some good money for him!

I really hope we keep him. I know he'll have suitors and we will end up needing the money as he's one of our only valuable assets but I feel like he could be the main man next year. Needs to get more consistent but he seems like he has the right attitude and his talent is obvious.

Don't do it to yourself. Absolutely no chance he'll want to stay and play in the Championship.

He will be one of the best players in the Championship if we can keep hold of him. 

He is one of the players I think we should sell others to try and keep. 

I suspect he may push for a move though and there will be buyers.

I think he can cross, shoot and pass as he's shown in glimpses this season. It's the consistency he seems to be lacking (which can come with age) but also lack of consistency and quality around him that he inadvertently suffered from. 

 

There's only so much you can do by yourself. Messi and Ronaldo would have even struggled in our teams.

Short(ish) version is his dribbling and chance creation numbers at Genk were very impressive for someone his age, which is presumably why we bought him. Thinks it's difficult to judge him for us because we're so wank.

 

Positives: great dribbling and ball control, difficult to get the ball off despite not being enormously quick. The guy reckons he's physical, intelligent and hard-working enough to play as an 8 which is effectively what he spent much of this season doing anyway.

 

Negatives: passing inconsistent and gives the ball away often, not great at crossing or shooting, sometimes slows the game down too much through lack of awareness/anticipation. Also some biomechanics chat, the veracity of which I could not tell you.

 

Conclusion: a "top talent that's worth buying" but not ready to be a regular starter for a top team.

I would be so excited to see him rip up the Championship and give him time to properly develop. I think I care more about him staying than who our manager is next year. Desperately want to see him, Fatawu, Mavididi and Monga/Evans combine in attacks. Just seems like it would be fun. And I miss watching Leicester being fun.

Leicester being fun doesn't sound like it's going to happen if Russell takes charge
