Realistically fans need to accept we are never going back to where we were whoever the owners are. It was a once in a life time opportunity to stop being a yoyo club, we blew it. Its not ever coming back and I highly doubt we would attract new owners good enough to make any serious improvement. Maybe the odd up and down in about 10 years if we are lucky. Maybe another league 1 tour. We aren't getting a rich Saudi or Famous american

Agree that we blew it and it was probably a once in a lifetime chance to change things. But I disagree that somebody with deep pockets wouldn't buy us. We gained a global profile from winning the league, got to the CL quarters, followed it up with an FA Cup in between breaking up the 'top 6' for 2 years in a row, then you've got Seagrave on top of that. With an upgraded stadium plan in place, this would be a massive opportunity for lots of potential owners. Unfortunately, the impact that mega rich owners can have is now limited. You'd need it to be a high profile individual with lots of connections to drive up sponsorship income.

Another financial consideration.

Two bank loans from the Australian bank in eight months. Yet just two signings at the price of £3 million.

That's a major step away from how we've normally used that money.

I think all the "King Power Out" brigade need to remember the we as fans will have no control over who comes in to buy The Club. There's a lot of dreamers and charlatans out there!

Well swoping one Charlatan for another won't matter then .

It’s clearly now just being used for day to day expenses AKA wages, which is why we won’t spend any money this season and will listen to offers for anyone.

Nothing will change under the nepo baby’s ownership.

Our only hope as a club is that his Mum tells him to sell us as King Power don’t want to be associated with a league 1 club.

I think the only thing you get a response from King Power, is if someone blew up the Vichai statue.

Quite a few of us on here said "what it will take" is a mediocre (or worse) year in the championship, for the fans to truely turn.

The last 2 away games its starting to get very very toxic towards the players, I think you are seeing the above prediction coming to light.

You know there are real deep issues when the away fans, less than a game and a half into the season are singing” we’re shit and we know we are”. Plain as day on the telly.

No good being toxic towards the players though, it’s the owner they need to be toxic towards

I agree, but its getting the ball rolling at least

The decline over the last 5 years really is impressive. Millions and millions spent and we're now left with a team like we had today. Top should hang his head in shame.

The players don’t give a **** though either do they? You can see the way they strolled onto the pitch for the second half today, nonchalant as ****, talking to one another like they’re on about what they’re gonna order from Nando’s after the game. They don’t give a shit about the club apart from their pay packet that they pick up each week no matter what kind of shift they put in. They’re as toxic as the owner and board room.

Look at Sheffield Wednesday, absolute 100 times more of a mess than us but they’ve got a team that the fans can get right behind, fighting for each minute and each point and they’re 100% with them.

This team is full of egotistical ***** that deserve all the abuse they get, the fanbase is Chernobyl scale toxic and KP are more bothered about smearing Thai infested shit all over the clubs name than trying to rebuild what they demolished.

Not seen anything like this. Administration was a concern but this is levels above.

Death to KP. Phil

Changed nothing in senior positions again. Our dire squad is getting weaker. Two months after relegation before the manager was sacked, another three weeks until the replacement was appointed.

The luck has well and truly run out.

A total assumption, but I can only assume we're already for sale, but no interested parties as yet. That would explain why the management team is still intact - like vultures circling waiting for their final payday.

Get him gone.

clueless.

its a miracle he’s managed to take us from such a well run club to this.

sell up now. It’s painful watching this shit show.

I believe it's somewhere close to £500m of players sold and a similar amount spent over the past 10 years. To end up with the team we put out today, with the best being an academy graduate, really takes some doing.
