Losing games without scoring in this volume is going to be ringing alarm bells. Not sure what a change would do with the squad in the state it is though and Ruud isn't helping himself with some of his decisions.

Think he'll get Spurs & Everton and will need some points from those.

Feel for Ruud a bit in that he’s inherited a basket case of a club - what a mess.

Today however, was bizarre. Very strange decisions.

Dont really see what a change in manager would do at this point though.

No money to spend, worst squad in the league, none of the players care, and we are lacking quality everywhere.

No manager who could make a difference takes this job.

we were scoring under Cooper and not in the bottom 3:whistle:

Yeah but without the southampton and Ipswich gift of red cards we would of not got them points otherwise🤣

I think he will resign, he won’t stand for his reputation taking a tonking, he has the perfect get out, point to the restrictions in the transfer market and confirm this wasn’t what was sold to him.

Just heard his RL post match interview when he talked about areas of our game that don't require talent/ability. In other words, organisation, which surely does rely on the manager.

In his interview he said work rate let us down well if that's the case surely he's a gonna.

Totally agree, no excuse for him or the players. I've seen many of our teams lack effort through the years but I've never heard the manager admit it.

He did well as a youth coach at PSV, and at this rate in the championship we may need to play our youngsters due to the financial losses that relegation will cost us.

To be fair to RVN, he has inherited a club with no money to spend, a poor squad to sect from and no preseason to work with the players.

This whole season we have had 7 or 8 (at least) of our playing 11 all underperform in the games, you can carry 1 possibly 2 players under performing per game but no more.

Lmfao right, after he got handed a squad with no depth and the best players out injured he won't even be allowed to get any signings in?

What an advertisement that would be for the job.

Reaction of “you don’t know what you’re doing”? Everything is ****ed at the club anyway.

He should walk, not be sacked. Let the two dickweeds sit there and think what next. As for Susan, a disgrace to hard working CEOs the world over. Not involved in football ? So what are you there for, blowjobs ?

Depends if we're wanting him as coach next season really. If not, then may as well say thanks and change again.

He isn’t really going to last to next season at this rate, fans will stop going to the matches. You can’t lose week on week score a goal every 5 hours and expect there not to be consequences.

He either gets a 10th match to show something or is given the boot

The bottom line is we knew we had a poor squad really for the PL, our defence was always going to be vulnerable and fragile in the PL (as we saw two seasons ago) without strengthening, and Cooper and RVN were poor appointments. We are not stopping up with him. May as well roll the dice again.

I was so impressed in his initial interview with the lovely crew neck jumper but he’s been nothing but a disappointment tbqh

Didn’t even bother coming  to England for it ffs

Should never have been appointed in the first place. Awful by the board.

Please won't agree but we were better off keeping Cooper. I saw this coming a mile off!

This is exactly what was always going to happen.

Top's ego once again got the better of him, he wanted a big name. He got a man who was unproven and who had won a couple of games, against us who are hopeless.

Many wanted Ruud, some of us wanted Moyes who many scoffed at. We needed stability and proven Premier League experience.

Ruud's a nobody in Premier League management, and has done nothing.

Top and Rudkin have to take the flak for this, time they moved on and sold the club, but ultimately Ruud has done nothing. He's the most immediate fix.

They've lost the fanbase, and today was the most telling display of that. How the mighty have fallen.
