Should've just kept Ruud in the meantime if we don't know wtf we're doing.

It would have dawned on even Top that Ruud did not know his arse from his elbow in a football coaching and management context - gash is being kind - ****ing horrendous is also kind

Says it all about the club atm. Rohl isn’t happening imo so of those reportly mentioned I’d rather have Dyche.
And I don’t want Dyche.

Nothing or Dyche it has to be Dyche

Rohl is still number 1 but Dyche and Wilder are being interviewed/strung along as a backup option if Rohl doesn't happen.

Top is wary of stepping on Chanshiri's toes in regards to getting Rohl out of Sheff Weds.

Then surely paying the man 600k or however much it is, is the easiest option??? lol

Today nicely sums up how 99% of the fans feel about this club.

Years of the board completely taking the piss of us has led us to have extremely low expectations and yet they've still found a way to fall short.

They are like champion limbo dancers, whatever level the bar is set they can go lower.

Problem here looks like similar to last summer

wanted potter

on the cusp of getting potter

became complicated and may have taken another week or two to sort

decided we couldn’t wait and appointed cooper

I suspect they do know wtf they are doing. It's just not as easy as those not having knowledge of running a professional football club think it is. Surely we want to give us the best shot at getting Rohl in so would be worthwhile taking an few extra days to get the no. 1 target. At least we have an insurance candidate in Dyche, perhaps. Who knows.

Just offering an alternative view.

I get the feeling the complication is always us..

The one thing I would have expected from the club is that they'd want to do a bit of PR control with the management appointment after the Cooper fiasco (which is why they choose RvN). To then go and get Wilder would be completely counter to that point.

I’d take Dyche over Wilder and O’Neil……

It's not even close is it really? Would much rather a Rohl or similar of course but Dyche had actually got a good track record where he's been.

Just can’t understand why we have waited several weeks to interview Wilder and O’Neil to suss out the competition.

Maybe this is all a smokescreen for the preferred candidate but pretty underwhelmed by everything at this stage.

Are we really saying this is the best we can attract?

GARY ONEIL THE FAVOURITE!! What the ****

He does have a win ratio of 31%. That'd be a step on on last season.

Gary O'Neil having admirers at the club sums the place up. He's been moved on for better replacements at his previous two clubs but he's been on Match of the Day so all is good.
