I don't think it actually affected the outcome but feel like standing offside right in front of the goal should just always be offside. Really difficult to claim no interference because the keeper may claim they are anticipating a touch from the player.

 

City been much the better side here anyway. Doku had a decent breakfast I think.

Liverpool very hard done by with the goal but otherwise they've been shite.

 

Amateur defending for that goal. Mountain to climb back now.

Why is it when there’s a controversial decision that goes against Liverpool it dominates every football conversation for ever. 
They happen every game, and to every club, but when it’s Liverpool it’s like we need a global inquiry. The season we got relegated under Brendan I remember having a goal disallowed maybe a late equaliser away at Brighton? Could be wrong on the opposition or the timing - but nothing made of it. 
When it’s Liverpool we need sackings, I’m just waiting for the calls to replay the game.

Good job it probably won’t affect their title chances others wise you would never  hear  the end of it !
